Delivery, Assembly & Disposal Terms

1. 1. Flat rate scope. The store's flat rate covers delivery and in-home assembly within 25 miles of that store and up to 2 hours of crew time. Beyond 25 miles we add $0.75 per additional mile (one-way, shortest route). Jobs that run past 2 hours are billed $45 per additional hour, invoiced after the job.
2. 2. Payment. The quoted amount is due when you book (card or Zelle). Mileage and disposal charges are part of the quote; hourly overage, if any, is invoiced after the job.
3. 3. Disposal of old items. Old items you select for disposal are hauled away no later than 24 hours after your new products are delivered. Disposal pricing is $2.50 per cubic foot of trailer space plus the disposal fee for that item type. Items must be accessible and free of hazardous materials, liquids or pests.
4. 4. Damage reports. Any damage to your home or goods must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and assembly. A report filed in that window prompts a fast response and results in a new product and/or repair of your home, at the company's discretion.
5. 5. Inspection & remedy. We reserve the right to inspect the damage. Service may be denied if damage was discovered to have occurred after service. Harvey's Place LLC will either repair/replace the item or component, at our discretion.
6. 6. Access & readiness. An adult (18+) must be present. Please clear the path and the spot where the furniture goes, and tell us about stairs, elevators or tight doorways in your item details so we can plan the crew and time.
